Warranty Terms

After purchasing any product of HOCO BANGLADESH, the customer will be able to enjoy the warranty benefits from the date of purchase until a specified period. In that case, the dealer and the customer will be given warranty benefits as per the following rules.

1) When the customer claims the warranty rights, the purchase money receipt must be accompanied, otherwise the warranty will not be valid.

2) At the time of claiming the warranty rights, the customer’s name, mobile number and date of purchase must be mentioned in the customer’s purchase money receipt, if none of the required information is available, the warranty will not be accepted.

3) The customer can claim the warranty once within the specified warranty period.

4) If the product is replaced with new products after the warranty claim, the new or any other warranty benefits will not be valid on the new product.
5) Only products with a box containing the Goodluck IT sticker can be claimed under the warranty rights as per the rules mentioned above within the specified period.
